Send an email to info@unisolveos.com with the subject “Data deletion request — Unisolve”. Explain what information or business account your request concerns. Please do not email passwords, access tokens or unnecessary sensitive information.
2. Verification and scope
We will determine whether the request relates to this website, a pilot business account, or a Meta-connected account. We may ask for limited information to verify that you are authorized to make the request.
3. Business-owned information
Where a business customer controls personal data, we may refer the request to that business or process it under the relevant agreement and instructions. Deletion and retention requirements may differ by applicable law.
4. Confirmation
We will communicate the outcome or next steps using the contact details provided. A clear internal deletion procedure, timelines and any callback/status mechanism required for the final Meta integration must be confirmed before launch.
